This policy applies to shipping for our men’s T-shirts, jackets & coats, and hoodies & sweatshirts via our Shopify store. For support, use the contact details below.
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to 120+ countries/regions globally, including the U.S., EU, UK, Canada, and Australia. Remote areas (e.g., Alaska, rural EU towns) may incur surcharges—you’ll get a checkout alert if applicable.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery
  • Hub Location: Orders dispatch from our Sheridan facility (535 Airport Rd, Sheridan, WY, 82801) or partner warehouses.
  • Timeline: 2-3 business days (U.S.); 4-7 business days (EU/UK); 5-9 business days (Canada/Australia).
  • Protective Packaging: T-shirts/hoodies in soft tissue (prevents pilling); jackets/coats in water-resistant bags (shields waterproof fabrics); all in rigid mailers or boxes for bulk orders.
3. Shipping Fees
  • Free standard shipping worldwide on orders over $55 / £42 (applies to all men’s clothing styles).
  • Orders under the threshold:
    8.99 (EU/UK); $10.99 (Canada/Australia) (includes specialized packaging).
  • Express Shipping: $15.99 / £12.50 extra for 2-3 business days delivery (U.S./EU/UK only—select at Shopify checkout).
4. Tracking & Support
A tracking number is emailed once shipped. Check status in your Shopify account or our “My Orders” page. For delayed deliveries or damaged items (e.g., torn T-shirts, scuffed jacket zippers), email lilac.miser_04@icloud.com with photos.
5. Key Notes
  • Customs Duties: International orders may incur duties—paid by the recipient per local regulations.
  • Address Accuracy: Provide full details. Wrong addresses cause delays—$7 / £5.50 re-shipping fee applies.
